2. Financial and Transaction Data: payment card details and billing information necessary to process transactions; payment card data are tokenized and not stored in raw form on our servers.
3. Account and Usage Data: account credentials, subscription status, preferences, settings, and transaction history.
4. Communications Data: records of correspondence and communications with us, including support requests, feedback, and survey responses.
5. Device and Technical Data:IP address, device type and model, operating system, browser type and version, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.
6. Website and App Activity:pages visited, features used, session duration, click and navigation data, referrer, and other interaction data.
7. Email Engagement Data:information regarding whether marketing or transactional emails have been opened, links clicked, and associated timestamps when tracking technologies are employed.
8. Social Media Data:information you provide when interacting with Visro AI accounts on third-party social media platforms and aggregate engagement metrics provided by those platforms.
9. Aggregated and De-identified Data: data that have been aggregated or de-identified such that they no longer constitute personal information under applicable law.We do not ordinarily collect sensitive personal information. If we ever require sensitive personal information, we will obtain explicit consent where required by applicable law and apply appropriate safeguards.

Visro AI does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We will honor verifiable consumer requests in accordance with applicable law.

If you are located in the EEA or the UK, you may exercise rights available under the General Data Protection Regulation, including rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
